Staff were thoughtful, hotel was fairly clean, set in new area near to airport, restaurants and the highway. Budget & themed unit with a shower and comfortable beds, for example.

Efficient location, very good value for money. I loved professionally trained staff and interesting interior. There were stores and convenience stores around the hotel. Polite service too.

Fair staff, luxurious rooms and great views. Huge suite and lovely bed. The continental breakfast had variety of options for all tastes. Optimal location to woodshed. The snack bar was great and the drinks were delicious. It was a fairly nice experience...

Unbeatable location in Charlotte, really close to the airport as well as convenience stores. Staff was cheery, delightfully helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

Humble place to stay while in Charlotte. Breakfast was light, location was premier, staff was obliging. I was surprised by the exceptional castle view. The beach was good

There is a comfortable lobby. It has extremely spacious rooms with the basic toiletries and the office and a shower. This hotel has PRIME location next to waffle house. The pool is great and relaxing too. Loved smooth check-in.

i had an awesome stay and i would have extended the stay. the room was well priced. definitely, free wifi throughout the property was really handy.
